Legal

Our Terms

We believe legal documents should be easy to understand. These Terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when using Equiox, operated by Fly High Digital ("we", "us", "our") of Perth, Western Australia. We've written them as clearly as we can, because trust begins with transparency. If anything is unclear, contact us. By using equiox.com.au and the Equiox waitlist and, once launched, the Equiox platform (together, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

About Equiox

Equiox is an AI-powered wealth operating system. It's designed to help you organise, understand and monitor your financial world by bringing information from multiple sources into one intelligent platform. Equiox is an analytical and educational platform:

  • It is not a financial adviser.
  • It is not a bank.
  • It is not a broker.
  • It is not a tax agent.
  • It is not a law firm.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Educational information

Equiox provides:

  • Market intelligence
  • Financial analytics
  • Portfolio insights
  • Data aggregation
  • Scenario modelling
  • Educational content
  • Visualisations
  • Artificial intelligence summaries

Equiox does not provide:

  • Personal financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Credit advice
  • Insurance advice

You remain responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and making your own financial decisions. Where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence is used throughout Equiox to help organise, summarise and explain financial information. Artificial intelligence may generate incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. AI-generated content should be considered alongside your own judgement and independently verified where appropriate. Artificial intelligence is intended to assist decision-making. It does not replace professional advice.

Market information

Market prices, valuations, forecasts and other financial information displayed within Equiox may originate from third-party providers. While we take reasonable steps to use reputable sources, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or availability of third-party information. Markets change continuously, and historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Third-party integrations

Equiox may allow you to connect third-party services, such as banks, property data providers, crypto exchanges, brokerages, or open banking providers, to bring your assets into one view. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or security practices of those third parties. Connecting a third-party service is always your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Protecting the platform

We expect all users to behave responsibly. You must not:

  • Attempt to compromise the security of Equiox;
  • Access data belonging to another user;
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform;
  • Use automated systems to extract data without permission;
  • Upload malicious software;
  • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities;
  • Misrepresent your identity;
  • Use Equiox for unlawful purposes.

Suspension or termination

To protect our users and maintain the integrity of the platform, we may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. This may include fraudulent activity, security incidents, unlawful conduct or misuse of the Service. Where appropriate, we may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities. No fees paid prior to termination for cause will be refunded.

Beta features

Founding members may get early access to features still in beta. Beta features are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be less stable than the rest of the Service. We'll always try to make clear when something is in beta.

Pricing and billing

Where the Service includes paid plans, all prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise, regardless of your location. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

  • Founding and lifetime pricing: where offered, founding or lifetime pricing is locked in for as long as you maintain that subscription without interruption.
  • Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Price changes: we may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
  • Cancellations: you can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we state otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Grace periods: if a payment fails, we'll give you a reasonable grace period to update your payment details before suspending access.
